Duration The Sweepstakes begins 12:01a.m. EST on Tuesday, January 1st, 2008 and will conclude at 12:00p.m. (Midnight) EST on Wednesday, December 31st, 2008. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to be eligible. The sweepstakes extends to any resident in the state of Florida, and is limited to per person per household. Employees, officers, and directors of Home Remodel Magazine, Inc. and Innovative Home Theaters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Prize shall only be construed and evaluated according to laws of the United States of America. How to Enter A resident of Florida of the age 18 or older is automatically entered in the sweepstakes when he/she purchases at least a one-year subscription to Home Renovation Magazine. A resident of Florida of the age of 18 or older is not required to purchase a subscription to enter. A resident may enter without purchase by mailing his/her name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to Home Renovation Magazine, Sweepstakes Entry, 285 Uptown Blvd. #625, Altamonte Springs, Fl., 32701. Chances of winning are not increased by purchasing a one-year or two-year subscription. Simply visit the website www.homerenovationmag.com and click on the “Subscribe Now” button. Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the subscriber. This e-mail message is the subscriber’s receipt of purchase and will be entered into the sweepstakes providing they meet the eligibility requirements. Readers may also purchase a subscription via mail to enter the sweepstakes. Prize The prize is a 32” LG brand LCD television courtesy of Innovative Home Theaters. Only one prize will be awarded at the conclusion of the sweepstakes listed above. Selection of Winner At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, the Random Selection Process (RSP) will be used to determine the winner of the 32” LG brand LCD television. If for any reason, RSP determines a winner and that winner is disqualified, a new winner will be selected by the RSP until the prize has been claimed. Winner Notification Once the RSP has determined a winner, the winner will be notified via the United States Postal Service. Winner notification will be sent to the address that the winner provided at the time of entry. Once the winner notification is postmarked, the winner has 30 calendar days from the USPS postmarked date to respond to Home Renovation Magazine via telephone, fax, or e-mail provided on the winner notification form to confirm the address where the LG television should be delivered. If the determined winner has not contacted Home Renovation Magazine within the 30 calendar days, the winner forfeits his/her prize, and the RSP will determine a new winner until the prize has been claimed. General Terms and Conditions Shipment: The LG television will be shipped via FEDEX and all shipping costs will be accrued by Home Remodel Magazine, Inc. The winner or resident(s) of the home in which the winner resides must be present to sign for the Plasma Television upon delivery. The shipment will be insured, thus Home Remodel Magazine, Inc. and Innovative Home Theaters relinquishes all responsibility of any damage that may occur to the LG television once it is shipped. Announcement of Winner: Once the prize has been claimed and received, the winner agrees to be mentioned in the following issue of Home Renovation Magazine.
